The privity of contract is between the teacher and the student so the terms and conditions for the classes enrolled by the student on the BUDDYgo platform is at the sole discretion of the teacher. BUDDYgo has no role, liability or responsibility whatsoever in any manner, directly or indirectly, towards any fees, charges/refunds and related terms/levies charged by the teacher to the student. Further, at present, there is no fee for usage of BUDDYgo platform during the trial period so
the refund policy in relation thereto is not applicable. Any update on pricing related to the usage of platform will be posted by BUDDYgo from time to time
